I'm sure you heard about Patrick Swayze's cancer. He's been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It's hard not to hear about it in our celebrity obsessed world!

Many cancers are closely linked to smoking. Pancreatic cancer is one of the nastiest! Statistically, it's one of the hardest cancers to cure.

Patrick Swayze has been a heavy smoker for years--as in three packs a day heavy!

I don't know if it's just PR, but judging from this article , I hope Patrick is beating it.

I wish the best for Patrick and his family. But I hope, in our celebrity obsessed world, that younger people get the message.
